Field Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

+ Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.

+ Build and maintain client base.

+ Partner with the sales and customer service teams to retain and attract new customers.

+ Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.

+ Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns.

+ Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries).

+ Utilize Salesforce for customer management.

+ Uphold Safety to Standards.

Qualifications

+ Possess a college degree OR have 3+ years of relevant experience

+ Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

+ Must possess or have the ability to obtain the OSHA 10 certification within 90 days

+ Have the ability to obtain a CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement

+ Have the ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment

+ Be willing to work flexible hours - Be able to lift at least 50 pounds

+ Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)

Why A-Gas?

Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
