Monitors and reports daily aspects of imaging services. Assists Manager of Operations (MO) in coordinating daily operations to maximize quality of patient care / imaging, ensuring proper equipment performance, guaranteeing safe and clean equipment, and controlling the cost of providing service. Schedules Team Member work assignments. Assists MO with team members performance evaluations and education. Will oversee multi-modalities, regardless of individual licensure. Coordinate communication between the company and customer.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinates basic operational activities including patient scheduling and various quality, safety and compliance activities. Resolves day-to-day operational issues. Optimize and dynamically adjust staff schedules to align with patient volumes. Provide non-clinical assistance as needed during daily operations to drive on-time performance of scans. Compile reports that track performance of key operational metrics. Evaluates and improves clinic workflows, as needed. Collaborates with providers and staff on clinical and administrative processes to ensure the delivery of a high-quality patient experience.
+ Oversee staff and staffing needs, including recruiting, retention efforts, and scheduling. Complete administrative tasks related to team member work schedules, compliance, quality and patient satisfaction. Act as the primary resource for team members in day-to-day operations. Assist Territory MO with employee performance reviews and evaluations. Ensures the efficient and safe operation of units.
+ Work directly with the company’s Patient Business Services Office on billing, claims and compliance to ensure proper revenue, expense and compliance related requirements.
+ Maintains a safe and comfortable clinical environment for patients, staff, and providers. Drive exceptional patient care and client satisfaction.
+ Manage regulatory (CMS, Joint Commission, ACR, ODOH) compliance of staff and operations. Implement quality and safety policies and procedures at assigned units and ensure all policies are followed, including Infection Control and Radiation Safety policies. Conducts quality assurance audits, identifies quality issues/concerns and collaborates with providers/staff to implement corrective action(s) to improve clinical outcomes.

Position Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
+ CPR Certification
+ Valid State Driver's License
+ A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a medical office setting. Including billing, coding, pre-authorization, and medical terminology.
+ Knowledge of state and federal health safety laws and Joint Commission Standards.
+ Ability to provide performance feedback, both positive and negative.
+ Effective and efficient at using standard PC operations including email, to communicate and be productive.
+ Demonstrates accountability and takes personal responsibility for results.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Highly effective time management skills and ability to multi-task efficiently.
+ Builds relationships with customers and team members to influence situations to impact customer/patient/TM experience.
Preferred:
+ Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
+ 2 or more years of management experience in a medical office setting
