    Position Title: Product Manager

     

    Compensation Range: $** **125,000-$150,000** **USD

    The Opportunity

     

    The Global Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of the company’s product lines. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive innovation, ensure market competitiveness, and achieve business objectives on a global scale.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute the global product strategy products, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.

    + Lead new product development initiatives, working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams from concept through launch.

    + Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

    + Manage the product lifecycle, including feature enhancements, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning.

    + Collaborate with regional teams to adapt product offerings for local markets and ensure regulatory compliance.

    + Monitor product performance and customer feedback, implementing improvements as needed.

    + Prepare and deliver presentations on product performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Manufacturing Engineering

    + 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in industrial equipment or related sectors.

    + Strong understanding of dryer and conditioning technologies and their applications.

    + Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

    + Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 5-20% of the time
