Intern – Finance – Plymouth, MN – Summer 2026
Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in 3 month paid internship opportunities at our site in Plymouth, MN. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in finance for a HealthTech company.
Your Role
The Finance Intern will support Philips’ IGTD Financial Planning & Analysis team by delivering meaningful financial insights. This role provides hands-on experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis within a growing medical technology organization.
+ Support quarterly forecasting cycles by preparing financial review materials and participating in financial review discussions.
+ Build, enhance, and maintain Excel-based financial models to support scenario planning and operational trend evaluation.
+ Contribute to presentations, dashboards, and executive-ready insights using PowerPoint and other data visualization tools.
+ Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses

+ Enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or other related business degree
+ Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.0 or above)
+ Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and strong computer skills
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
+ Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
+ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are a must
+ A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $27.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
