Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Retail Sales Associate | Part Timefor the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

The Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for giving the highest guest service, maintaining Cedar Soul in an appealing manner, and creating a positive atmosphere while dealing with customers and fellow associates.

Responsibilities

+ Warmly greet guests and customers.

+ Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Micros POS system (Sales of Merchandise).

+ Maintain working knowledge of items available and resort amenities and events to guests.

+ Render professional advice, opinions, assistance, and services as required.

+ Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.

+ Assist in presentation of gift shop.

+ Assist with any inventory counts.

+ Maintain and balance daily cash register.

+ Display conduct in an appropriate manner at all times in accordance with the Omni Hotels

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent work experience

+ Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

+ Must be able to stand and stoop for duration of a shift

+ Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

+ Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

+ Must maintain knowledge of property and surrounding area
