    Maintenance Technician II / III

    Full-Time | Kansas City, MO

    **Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM

    **Pay Range:** $33.00 – $39.00 per hour

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician II/III** to support our production operations through mechanical, electrical, and PLC maintenance. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and contributing to overall equipment reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to minimize downtime

    + Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment

    + Collaborate with team members on routine maintenance and process improvement initiatives

    + Inspect, test, and repair electrical systems and components

    + Read and interpret electrical schematics

    + Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical equipment

    + Troubleshoot PLC-related issues under guidance

    + Read and interpret PLC programming

    + Support installation, programming, and configuration of PLC systems

    + Participate in safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance

    + Maintain accurate maintenance records

    + Document equipment modifications, repairs, and adjustments

    + Maintain regular and reliable attendance

    + Perform additional duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

    + 3+ years of experience in **mechanical, electrical, and/or PLC maintenance**

    + Ability to provide own hand tools necessary to perform maintenance tasks

    + Strong knowledge of OSHA standards

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in the **corrugated or manufacturing industry**
