    Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Biopharm Manufacturing Assoc to join their team. As a Biopharm Manufacturing Assoc, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting cell culture and purification processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Biopharm Manufacturing Assoc

    **Location:** Rockville, MD

    **Pay Range:** $17-$20/hr

    **Duration:** 12 months (potential to extend/convert)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, pasteurize, or filter media and solutions for cell culture and purification operations.

    + Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.

    + Perform sampling procedures on analytical instruments to analyze cell culture, solutions, and product concentrations.

    + Operate filter integrity devices to verify filter performance before and after use.

    + Monitor process operations, equipment, and instruments to identify and escalate potential issues proactively.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Basic understanding of media preparation, sterilization, and filtration processes.

    + Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and batch records accurately.

    + Familiarity with equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

    + Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
