    Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project/Program Manager 5_USD to join their team. As a Project/Program Manager 5_USD, you will be part of the Finance Transformation Department supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Pay Range:** $65/hr **What's the Job?

     

    + Lead and support strategic and transformation programs that drive finance modernization efforts, including conversational analytics initiatives.

    + Partner with project sponsors, finance leadership, data teams, and subject matter experts to define project scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.

    + Coordinate multiphase, cross-functional initiatives to modernize how finance accesses, analyzes, and consumes data.

    + Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor workstreams, ensuring clarity of scope and predictable delivery.

    + Drive organizational change through effective communication, stakeholder alignment, training, and process improvements.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven experience in program and project management within a complex organizational environment.

    + Strong operational leadership and ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

    + Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

    + Experience with finance transformation initiatives, data analytics, or automation projects is preferred.

    + Ability to challenge assumptions, push for process excellence, and foster innovation.
