    If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

     

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Minimum 1 year customer service experience required

    + Analytical: able to resolve some complex or non-routine situations.

    + Able to use email to send clear and accurate communication with their counterparts in the branches and data entry.

    Responsibilities:

    As a EVV Agent, you will:

    + Answer and resolve inbound customer calls

    + Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills are necessary for success in this role
