Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the HR technology initiatives, you will have the opportunity to lead the functional design and implementation of innovative HR service management solutions. **Job Title:** Product Manager - ServiceNow HRSD solutions

**Location:** Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $60-$65 on W2.

What's the Job?

+ Lead the functional design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions to enhance HR service delivery.

+ Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI.

+ Collaborate with HR leaders, process owners, and end-users to gather requirements and develop detailed user stories.

+ Develop and execute testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions before go-live.

+ Ensure the delivered solution meets quality standards and business expectations, supporting continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in HRSD implementations.

+ Proven experience with at least two full-cycle ServiceNow HRSD projects, including case and knowledge management, and employee service center.

+ Strong understanding of employee workflows and practical experience designing and implementing complex processes.

+ Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience acting as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, or Product Owner within Scrum or similar frameworks.

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical requirements.
