    Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the HR technology initiatives, you will have the opportunity to lead the functional design and implementation of innovative HR service management solutions. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations, supporting a diverse workforce and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

     

    **Job Title:** Product Manager - ServiceNow HRSD solutions

    **Location:** Dallas, TX

     

    Pay Range: $60-$65 on W2.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead the functional design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions to enhance HR service delivery.

    + Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI.

    + Collaborate with HR leaders, process owners, and end-users to gather requirements and develop detailed user stories.

    + Develop and execute testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions before go-live.

    + Ensure the delivered solution meets quality standards and business expectations, supporting continuous improvement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in HRSD implementations.

    + Proven experience with at least two full-cycle ServiceNow HRSD projects, including case and knowledge management, and employee service center.

    + Strong understanding of employee workflows and practical experience designing and implementing complex processes.

    + Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience acting as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, or Product Owner within Scrum or similar frameworks.

    + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical requirements.
