Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their team in **Appleton, WI.** As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, enjoy fixing and troubleshooting, and have a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour - depending on experience

**Shift:** Monday – Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm with flexibility for early or late hours a few times a week

What's the Job?

+ Operate and monitor nailing machines to ensure smooth production

+ Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery

+ Sort pallet components and feed acceptable materials into the machine

+ Adjust machine settings during runs to address any issues

+ Build pallets according to customer specifications and inspect for quality

What's Needed?

+ At least 2 years of machine operating experience preferred

+ Mechanical inclination and ability to perform light maintenance

+ Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing 50 pounds or more

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

+ Ability to work well with others and follow safety procedures
