    Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Compliance Manager Manufacturing to join their team. As a Corporate Compliance Manager Manufacturing, you will be an integral part of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to compliance and safety initiatives, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Corporate Compliance Manager Manufacturing

    **Location:** El Paso, Texas

    **Pay Range:** $102,000 - $121,000 Base plus Bonus, Benefits, Relo

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure manufacturing and warehouse operations comply with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local fire marshal regulations.

    + Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures aligned with federal, state, and local laws.

    + Coordinate and lead internal and external safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions to uphold safety standards.

    + Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, including Fire Marshal, OSHA, and City Code Enforcement.

    + Oversee fire prevention systems, safety documentation, and employee training on compliance and emergency procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, EHS, or regulatory management within manufacturing or industrial environments.

    + Strong understanding of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local building/fire codes.

    + Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and conducting safety audits.

    + Professional certifications such as CSP or CIH are preferred.
