Our client, a healthcare provider specializing in patient services, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be part of the Patient Service Representative (PSR) Department supporting the front office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Front Desk Receptionist

**Location:** Golden, CO

**Pay Range:** $20

Shift: Day Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

+ Greeting all patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude as they enter the office

+ Verifying insurance and referral information prior to patient appointments

+ Ensuring patient registration is accurate and complete before seeing the physician

+ Answering telephones, triaging calls, and relaying messages to staff and physicians

+ Assisting with appointment scheduling, post-visit checkouts, and payment processing

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED, or related experience in a medical office setting

+ Minimum of two years of medical office experience preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

+ Knowledge of insurance processing and computer systems
