    **Job Title:** Screw Machine Operator

    **Location:** Hamilton, OH

    Pay Range: $21/hr

    **Shift:** Monday through Thursday, 4pm-2am, with overtime on Fridays

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform machine setup and operation of Acme and Davenport screw machines

    + Load bar stock, fill fluids, and remove chips from machines to ensure smooth operation

    + Adjust tooling, sharpen tools, and perform tool changes to meet quality standards

    + Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance activities to minimize downtime

    + Support team members by sharing knowledge and training on machine setup and operation

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Relevant work experience in maintenance, mechanics, automotive mechanics, or completion of trade school

    + Ability to perform basic math operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

    + Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using tools and machinery

    + Good reasoning skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

    + Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively within a team environment
