    _What Will You Do?_

     

    + Implement safety policies, programs, and best practices to comply with OSHA, ANSI, EPA, and federal regulations.

    + Lead and support accident investigations and recommend preventive measures.

    + Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

    + Develop or maintain industrial hygiene programs (e.g., noise surveys, atmosphere monitoring).

    + Collaborate with site leaders and employees on safety initiatives and training.

    + Manage workers’ compensation cases and assist with documentation.

    + Prepare reports and maintain accurate safety records using Microsoft Office Suite.

     

    _Your Experience Should Be..._

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.

    + Internship or coursework related to safety, compliance, or industrial hygiene preferred (not required).

    + Familiarity with OSHA standards, ANSI guidelines, and EPA regulations.

    Skills & Attributes

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.

    + Willingness to be hands-on and travel as needed.

    + Knowledge of industrial hygiene principles and case management practices.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Demonstrated managerial courage and problem-solving skills.
