Role Overview

This temporary project role combines strategic design and hands-on configuration to deliver a modernized, internal audience focused SharePoint site that reflects Client"s brand, supports global programs, and ensures compliance with corporate standards. The position will define site architecture and governance while managing initial setup, permissions, and user support for a global internal website implementation. This project scope is to create and standup an Early Talent Programs SharePoint site at Our Client. This includes providing internal employees information on our programs, sharing deadlines, opportunities, and overviews.

Key Responsibilities

* Architectural Design & Governance

* Define site structure, navigation, and governance for global programs.

* Establish compliance with Client brand standards across all SharePoint sites.

* Create and maintain page templates for key content types (Links for Different Programs, Program Overviews, Policy, Checklist, FAQs, Events).

* Configuration & Support

* Configure SharePoint sites, permissions, and security settings.

* Apply brand guidelines (themes, fonts, color tokens, imagery) to ensure a consistent look and feel.

* Implement built-in SharePoint workflows for page approval and review date reminders.

* Serve as primary support for site owners and end-users, providing guidance and troubleshooting during the project.

* Content & Experience

* Develop a central hub for UR program resources targeting multiple audience personas (interns, hiring managers, mentors, internal employees).

* Ensure content strategy aligns with audience needs and global accessibility.

* Integration & Automation

* Utilize PowerAutomate for workflow enhancements and Forms/PowerApps for interactive solutions.

* Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in SharePoint architecture and administration.

* Ability to complete Intake meetings with stakeholders and take notes to create the content for the site pages

* Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, site collections, and governance best practices.

* Ability to apply brand guidelines to SharePoint design elements.

* Familiarity with page templates and content structuring for diverse audiences.

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of PowerAutomate, Forms, and PowerApps.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Creative mindset for designing user-centric digital experiences.
