As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

    + Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or potential breaches of security-related protocols within the location.

    + Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or tenants while performing patrol duties.

    + Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols according to Allied Universal guidelines.

    + Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as directed by site-specific policies.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + CPR and First Aid are preferred.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + A Guard Card or license is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
