    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Controller to join our Financial Execution Team for Compression projects. This role goes beyond traditional project controlling, it combines Project Financial Controlling and Cost Center Controlling, ensuring successful financial execution from handover to completion. You will drive process improvements, standardize reporting, lead digitization initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage project financial controlling for the portfolio, including cost recognition, forecasting, and reporting.

     

    Support commercial project managers with accurate financial insights and transparency.

     

    Drive standardized ways of working, including WBS harmonization and reporting across locations.

     

    Lead digitalization initiatives and implement tools for streamlined reporting.

     

    Ensure clear, consistent, and timely financial reporting with accurate forecasting.

     

    Collaborate with project management, supply chain, sales, operations, and finance teams to align goals with business objectives.

     

    Act as the interface between controlling and projects, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

    Required Skill

    Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

     

    Extensive experience in finance-related roles within project management or sales environments.

     

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

     

    Passion for process simplification and digitization in project controlling and reporting.

     

    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    **Pay Details:** $27.00 per hour
