Adecco is hiring four supervisors to lead teams in the precise packing of luxury goods in North Las Vegas, NV. You’ll oversee 30–40 associates, ensuring every item meets premium brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 30–40 associates, ensuring every item is packed with precision, care, and luxury-level presentation. The right candidate is highly organized, team-focused, and committed to delivering excellence with every package.

Key Responsibilities
+ Drive team performance to meet quality and productivity goals
+ Ensure luxury-level packaging standards are met
+ Monitor output and maintain efficiency benchmarks
+ Coordinate with inventory and support teams
+ Report progress and recommend improvements
+ Enforce safety and compliance protocols
Requirements
+ At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish
+ Experience with high-value or luxury products preferred
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Proficiency in WMS and reporting tools
+ Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Available Shifts:
Team 1 Day
+ Sunday through Tuesday alternating Wednesday 6 AM to 6 PM paying $28.50
**Pay Details:** $28.50 per hour
