Warehouse Associate / Driver (Temp-to-Hire)
**Location:** East Tampa, FL
**Pay Rate:** $19.00 per hour
**Schedule:** 8-hour shifts within business hours (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
**Adecco** is currently hiring for a non–climate-controlled warehouse role with a plastic distribution company in Tampa. This is a potential **temp-to-hire opportunity** for candidates seeking long-term placement.
Job Responsibilities
+ Perform general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and material handling
+ Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment
+ Assist with local deliveries as needed
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Schedule & Overtime
+ 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
+ Overtime may be requested based on business needs, but is not guaranteed
Requirements
+ Valid **Chauffeur’s License** and valid **Driver’s License**
+ Proof of forklift certification within the past year _or_ verification of recent forklift operation experience
+ Ability to work in a non–climate-controlled warehouse environment
+ Steel-toe shoes required
+ Clean shorts or pants (no torn or excessively worn clothing)

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
