We are actively hiring Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a growing Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse team in Avondale, Arizona. This is a full-time, stable opportunity offering three 12-hour shifts, attractive shift differentials, optional overtime, and exceptional long-term growth potential.
This facility provides comprehensive, individualized behavioral health and substance use treatment programs tailored to each patient’s age, diagnosis, and unique needs. Whether you have behavioral health experience or are looking to transition into this specialty, we welcome motivated, compassionate nurses who want to make a meaningful impact.

Schedule & Compensation Highlights
+ Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
+ 3x12 schedule with optional (not required) overtime
+ Competitive base pay plus generous shift differentials

Shift Differentials
+ 10% – Weeknight nights (Monday–Thursday, 7 PM–7 AM)
+ 15% – Weekend day shifts (Saturday–Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM)
+ 30% – Weekend night shifts (Friday–Sunday, 7 PM–7 AM)
Qualifications
+ Active Arizona RN license or Compact license
+ Ability to work either 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM shifts
+ Behavioral Health or Substance Abuse experience preferred, not required
+ Strong assessment, communication, and patient advocacy skills

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $25.00 per hour
