Certified Medical Assistant – Concierge Medicine

We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join a prestigious Concierge Medicine practice in Walnut Creek, CA. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a polished, personable, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a high-touch, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare charts, room patients, obtain vitals, assist with assessments, and manage patient discharge

+ Maintain exam rooms, ensure cleanliness, restock supplies, and complete weekly inventory checks

+ Perform clinical procedures including:

+ EKGs, injections and vaccinations

+ Phlebotomy, wound care, cerumen removal

+ Audiometry and eye exams

+ Educate patients on in-office diagnostics and treatments (CGM, gammaCore, medication administration, etc.)

+ Triage patients both in-office and via phone

+ Track tasks, document accurately, and follow up consistently—follow-through is essential in this role

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a patient-facing role

+ Internal Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred (not required)

+ Certification as a Medical Assistant

+ Professional, polished demeanor with a warm and approachable personality

+ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and compassionately

+ Strong technical skills and comfort using electronic systems

+ A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
