    LOCATION OF POSITION: Fairport NY 14450,Eastern Monroe Career Center

     

    TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:Long Term Sub

    STARTING DATE: 02/23/2026-05/18/2026

    SALARY RANGE: $48,500 - $78,642 per year

    *Actual salary is dependent upon education, experience and contract.

    Check out the duties and qualifications below:

    DUTIES:

    + Support Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers in the integration of English Language Arts into the CTE curricula.

    + Collaborate with CTE teachers to develop lessons, instructional materials and activities integrating English with CTE content.

    + Provide large and small group instruction for students, as needed.

    + Assess student work for evidence of learning.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + NYS English 7-12 certification required.

    + Students with disabilities 7-12 certification preferred.

    + Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience preferred.

    + Excellent instructional and interpersonal communication skills.

    + Experience and knowledge of technical writing.

    + Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
