**Location:** Dulles, VA
**Pay Rate:** $22.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
**Employment Type:** Full-Time

Job Summary
Adecco is hiring a **Customer Service Representative** to support a fast-paced distribution environment in Dulles, VA. This temp-to-hire role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, accurate order processing, and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
+ Process customer orders accurately and track delivery status
+ Coordinate shipments, logistics, and sample requests with internal teams
+ Handle product returns, exchanges, and claims per company procedures
+ Prepare shipping and billing documentation for invoicing
+ Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
+ Provide product information and resolve customer issues
+ Partner with sales and warehouse teams to support customer satisfaction
+ Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
