    Project Manager I – Certification Project Manager (Biolage | CFI)

     

    Pay Rate: $35.27/HR

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Work Location: Hybrid (Clark, NJ office) or Fully Remote

     

    This role requires close collaboration with Biolage Research & Innovation (R&I) labs, internal stakeholders, and raw material suppliers. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact with Cruelty Free International, particularly during audits and when addressing certification-related inquiries.

     

    + Partner with raw material suppliers to manage the annual renewal of CFI certification for Biolage-specific raw materials

    + Proactively request and review supplier CFI certification forms on a monthly basis

    + Challenge and resolve missing, inaccurate, or misleading certification information directly with suppliers

    + Collaborate with internal stakeholders (DMI, Product Development, R&I, etc.) on finished product certification

    + Archive and maintain CFI documentation within internal systems (Milor+, Formulation Center)

    + Accurately update and maintain the CFI Monitoring System, ensuring certificate validity dates and records are current

    + Act as the primary liaison during CFI audits, coordinating with CFI contacts and third-party auditors

    + Provide requested certifications and supporting documentation and support corrective actions for any identified non-conformities

    + Utilize multiple internal scientific software systems to support certification activities

    Qualifications & Experience

    + 2+ years of experience working with raw materials, suppliers, or external partners

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred in general science, chemistry, regulatory/compliance, or another technical field

    + Experience with cruelty-free certifications or other product certifications highly preferred

    + Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and presentations

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

    + Excellent prioritization, organization, and attention to detail

    **Pay Details:** $35.27 per hour
