    Humana’s Campus Recruiting Team plays a vital role in supporting the company’s growth by attracting early-career actuarial talent. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Campus Recruiter with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and an organized approach to high-volume recruiting, thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.

    The Campus Recruiter will focus on recruiting for actuarial internship and full-time roles, support Humana’s first-year early identification program for actuarial and information technology tracks, and assist with graduate intern recruiting across a variety of job profiles. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, program managers, and academic institutions to attract, assess, and onboard top talent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment Strategy & Planning

    + Support the execution of campus recruiting strategies for actuarial, early identification, and graduateroles, ensuring alignment with Humana’s hiring goals and business needs.

    + Coordinate andfacilitaterecruiting activities at target universities, including career fairs, networking events, executive speakers, information sessions, and club events to engage prospective candidates.

    University Relationships

    + Build andmaintainrelationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and actuarial clubs to promote Humana as an employer of choice.

    + Represent Humana at campus events, information sessions, and career fairs for actuarial talent.

    Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

    + Source, engage, and recruit high-potential candidates for internships and entry-level full-time roles.

    + Support the delivery of Humana’s first-year early identification program for actuarialand information technologytracks.

    + Assistwith recruiting efforts for graduate internsacross a variety ofdisciplines.

    + Develop and deliver recruitment marketing materials, presentations, and post-event communications.

    Candidate Experience &** **Selection

    + Screen resumes, coordinate assessments, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.

    + Guide candidates through the recruitment process withtimelycommunication, feedback, and support.

    + Partner with business stakeholders to enhance recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes.

    Data Analysis & Tracking

    + Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing regular updates on recruiting progress, challenges, and successes.

    + Use market knowledge to advise hiring managers on potential bottlenecks and develop a strategy to influence the candidates’ decision to join.

    + Measure the campus recruiting program’s successes and growth opportunities through internal data.

     

    Use your skills to make an impact

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.

    + 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, university relations, or related fields.

    + Demonstrated ability to build relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations.

    + Ability to travel for peak campus recruiting seasons asrequired.

    + Located in Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone.

    + Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g.,HireVue,HackerRank,Workday, Handshake).

    + Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previousexperience recruiting in a Fortune 500 or highly matrixed environment.

    + Success in planning and executing large-scale campus recruiting events.

    + Customer-focused mindset with strong consultative skills.

    + Passion for early career recruiting and the evolving industrylandscape.

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

    $71,100 - $97,800 per year

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
