• Visual Media Artist Intern

    Jacobs (New York, NY)


    We are seeking a Visual Media Artist Intern to join our team. Our specialized artistic/technical staff is responsible for production of multi-dimensional visual media content through renderings, animations, VR and interactive environments for all types of Jacobs projects including Buildings, Infrastructure, Water, Utilities, Data Centers, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    * 3D modeling and rendering, 3D environment generation, 3D texturing and lighting, 2D/3D post production.

    * 3D Game Development, interactive media development (Adobe Air, HTML, MaxScript, ActionScript, Blueprint, etc.).

    * The position will center on Autodesk 3dsmax 2025 and Vray 7 for 3D development in conjunction with Unreal Engine 5 for real-time applications.

    * BS degree, in a related field of study

    * 3+ years relevant work experience, internships not included

    * Experience with 3dsmax/Vray, Anima, Unreal Engine, Photoshop, After Effects & Premiere

    * Strong verbal and written communications skills

    Ideally you will also have

    * Unity and/or Omniverse experience, Syntheyes experience.

    * Previous internship with Jacobs
