We are seeking a Digital Delivery Leader to support a major infrastructure program in northern California (Sacramento, CA). This is a key leadership opportunity for someone passionate about digital innovation, BIM excellence, and driving integrated delivery across a complex, multi‑disciplinary program.
The Digital Delivery Leader will guide program‑wide digital strategy, oversee BIM and information management practices, and serve as the primary digital delivery interface across consultants, contractors, and Program Leadership. The role includes oversight of BIM compliance, management of the federated model environment, and support for advancing automation, design technology, and digital collaboration across all phases of the program.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead BIM delivery through design and construction for a major regional infrastructure program.
* Develop and implement program‑wide digital strategies and information management plans.
* Champion automation, design technology integration, and digital twin usage where appropriate.
* Ensure consultant and contractor compliance with program digital delivery frameworks and standards.
* Act as the central point of contact for digital delivery discussions across stakeholder groups.
* Assess bidders’ digital delivery capabilities during procurement processes.
* Manage the federated model to support coordination, technical reviews, and data utilization.
* Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training across BIM and design automation teams.
* Support implementation of advanced collaboration platforms and construction management tools.
* Coordinate with other program systems such as GIS and project management platforms.
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in BIM management and digital delivery.
* Demonstrated experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proactive, detail‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
* Proficiency in Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
* Experience with construction-phase digital delivery and asset handover is advantageous.
* Certifications such as building SMART, AGC, or GIBA are a plus.
* This position will require in-office attendance 5 days per week
