Job Title: Residential Electrician** **Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Electrician to join our team. This role primarily involves installing new circuits for electrification, including swapping fossil fuel appliances for electric ones, installing EV chargers, and power monitors, as well as reconfiguring panels for dual pole circuits. A strong candidate will excel in problem-solving, work well both independently and as part of a team, and deliver outstanding customer service by providing clear communication and actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
+ Install new circuits for electrification, replacing fossil fuel appliances with electric ones.
+ Install EV chargers and power monitors.
+ Reconfigure panels to accommodate dual pole circuits.
+ Lead residential heavy ups, with experience in both 200A and 400A setups.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience with residential electrical work.
+ Expertise in residential heavy ups and circuit installation.
+ Experience installing EV chargers.
+ Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Any additional electrical experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Laurel, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
