    Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Carpenter Foreman, assisting the Site Superintendent in the renovation and addition of commercial properties. Our projects include multi-family dwellings such as apartments, living facilities, and hotels. You will be integral in prepping job sites, unloading tools, following blueprints, and framing buildings.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist the Site Superintendent in daily operations.

    + Prep job sites for construction activities.

    + Unload tools and materials from trucks.

    + Follow blueprints and specifications for framing buildings.

    + Collaborate with team members and follow directions from the foreman.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 2 years of construction experience.

    + Minimum of 2 years of stick framing experience.

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience with concrete work is preferred.

    + Experience in finish carpentry is advantageous.

    This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates must be committed to working in all elements without weather-related absences. Teamwork and cooperation with others on the site are essential.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Mauston, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $35.00/hr.
