    Job Title: Production Worker - 2nd Shift - Start ASAP

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a key role on the production line. You will be responsible for assembling materials, operating machines, and inspecting parts before packaging. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to rotate through various roles.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and manage production line machinery.

    + Assemble materials and components as required.

    + Inspect parts for defects before packaging.

    + Package completed parts for shipping.

    + Rotate between various positions on the production line.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    + Experience with visual inspection for defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents.

    + Demonstrated job longevity, with at least 8 months at each of the past three positions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical skills.

    + Experience in machine operating.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a plastic manufacturing setting, which can be warm during the summer months. You will work alongside other operators under the supervision of a operator. The dress code includes work pants, work shirt, closed-toe shoes, and safety glasses. For safety reasons, long fingernails are not permitted.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
