Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

We have five openings for general production workers available on both the 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves working 50-60 hours a week, Monday through Friday with 10-hour days and every other Saturday for 8-hour days. In December, employees will work three out of four Saturdays. A strong attendance record, reliable transportation, and good tenure are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

+ End of Line Powder Coater Unloader: Manage unloading and bundling at the end of the line, ensuring quality checks are performed. Handle the unloading of the line, checking product quality, wrapping products for shipment, and staging for shipping and pallet work. Coordinate with scheduled shipments.

+ Front of Line Powder Coater Unloader: Handle loading of the line, ensure product quality, and prepare products for the powder coat line. Coordinate with the Team Lead or Weld Shop Supervisor to meet schedule requirements.

+ Panel Shaper: Work with large foam pieces, move them off the glue line, set them on plywood, and operate the machine to press and set the glue. Responsible for final shaping and finishing of Structural Insulated Panels using hand tools following blueprint specifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with hand and power tools

+ Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
