Job Title: Concrete Laborer

Job Description

Join our team as a Concrete Laborer where you will engage in a variety of tasks including general labor, setting up and pouring concrete, and cleaning up forms. You will also assist with basic carpentry and help maintain a clean and organized workspace. This role is in a manufacturing setting, focusing on the production of precast concrete products. While extensive experience is not required, having experience in construction or factory work can be beneficial. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working with their hands.

Responsibilities

+ Perform general labor tasks including setting up and pouring concrete.

+ Clean and organize forms after use.

+ Assist with basic carpentry tasks.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Collaborate with a team to produce precast concrete products.

Essential Skills

+ Basic carpentry and mechanical skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders.

+ Proficiency in basic math and measurement tools such as tape measure and level.

+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete work is preferred but not required.

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently.

+ Comfortable working in outdoor or industrial environments with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
