Job Title: Entry Level Industrial Floor Coater** **Job Description

Join a dynamic team where you will assist in surface preparation, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete floors. You will mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and other industrial coatings according to specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Operate basic tools and equipment such as grinders, mixers, and rollers, while ensuring proper curing and finishing of coated surfaces. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards, and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in surface preparation, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete floors.

+ Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and other industrial coatings according to specifications.

+ Operate basic tools and equipment such as grinders, mixers, and rollers.

+ Ensure proper curing and finishing of coated surfaces.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA safety standards.

+ Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ Knowledge of coating materials such as powder coat, polyurethane, and epoxy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ No experience required—on-the-job training provided.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

+ Willingness to work in various environments, including active construction sites.

+ Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in Southern Minnesota.

This is a Contract position based out of Waseca, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
