Job Title: Technician** **Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in installing rooftop units and sheet metal/duct work in a new commercial building. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.

Responsibilities

+ Install rooftop units and sheet metal/duct work in a new commercial building.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation.

Essential Skills

+ Journeyman Installer certification

+ OSHA 10 certification

+ HVAC expertise

+ OSHA 30 certification

+ EPA Universal certification

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficiency in HVAC systems

+ Experience in working with sheet metal

+ Ability to accurately interpret blueprints

Work Environment

The role involves working on a new build commercial site, requiring adherence to safety protocols including OSHA standards. The work setting is primarily outdoors on rooftops, and the position may require wearing safety gear.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.
