    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced finishing carpenter to join our team and assist with high-skilled tasks. Our focus is on commercial and industrial projects at new construction job sites. All projects are conveniently located within an hour's drive from the Spring Green area, with no travel required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend work necessary.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize proficiency in concrete forming and finishing techniques.

    + Employ skills in using both hand and power tools efficiently.

    + Apply strong mechanical knowledge and construction estimating abilities.

    + Conduct rebar installation and concrete mixing as needed.

    + Interpret blueprints and navigate construction site operations.

    + Engage in renovation, carpentry, roofing, drywall, and stucco work.

    + Lead and manage a team effectively on-site.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction, particularly in concrete and finish carpentry.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to estimate construction needs.

    + Experience with rebar installation and concrete mixing.

    + Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction site operations.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Renovation, carpentry, roofing, drywall, and stucco work.

    + Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

    Work Environment

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middleton, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
