    Job Title: Foreman - Commercial Skylight Installation

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee the installation of commercial skylights in various large-scale facilities such as schools, hospitals, and manufacturing plants. This role involves supervising a team of up to two people on-site and requires coordination with customers to ensure smooth project execution.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise the installation of commercial skylights.

    + Manage and lead a team of up to two people on-site.

    + Coordinate with customers and ensure clear communication.

    + Complete daily logs and weekly project outlooks.

    + Travel weekly with occasional weekend stays.

    + Work hours are 7am-5:30pm, Monday to Saturday, with potential off shifts to minimize business disruption.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in installing, glazing, and sealing skylights.

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading.

    + Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

    + Supervisory experience in construction or related fields.

    + Experience with skylight installation, construction, carpentry, and assembly.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working on flat roofs for commercial construction.

    + Experience with waterproofing techniques.

    + Ability to operate a forklift.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Papillion, NE.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
