    Job Title: Remediation Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Remediation Technician to join our team. While previous remediation experience is highly preferred, we are open to training individuals with solid construction experience. The ideal candidate will be familiar with both hand and power tools, have a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Comfort with working on ladders and removing water-damaged materials such as floorboards and walls is essential. This is a customer-facing role that requires a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Fluency in English is required.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

    + Work comfortably on ladders and remove water-damaged materials.

    + Engage positively with customers and maintain a good work ethic.

    + Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Solid construction experience.

    + Familiarity with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to work on ladders.

    + Proficiency in English.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in demolition, restoration, and remediation is a plus.

    + Experienced in general labor, cleaning, or carpentry is beneficial.

    Work Environment

     

    The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 40 to 50 hours per week and no on-call requirements. Employees will meet at the office in Concord, NC, and use a company truck to reach job sites, unless the site is closer to their home. PPE is required at all times, including hardhats, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and gloves.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
