    Job Title: Entry Level HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Perform basic tasks such as filter changes, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels. Support experienced technicians, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

    + Perform basic tasks such as filter changes, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels.

    + Support experienced technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues.

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

    + Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

    + Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.

    + Ability to perform mechanical tasks and troubleshooting.

    + Capability to repair and service HVAC systems.

    + Understanding of sheet metal work.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Technical training or enrollment in an HVAC program preferred.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.

    + Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison Lake, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
