    Maintenance Technician

    A fast‑paced food‑production facility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and keep equipment running at peak performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys solving mechanical and electrical challenges.

    Responsibilities

    + **Perform preventive maintenance** on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime

    + **Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems** to identify root causes and implement repairs

    + **Respond to equipment breakdowns** quickly and safely to restore operations

    + **Document maintenance activities** in accordance with internal procedures

    + **Collaborate with production teams** to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvement

    + **Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery** as needed

    Qualifications

    + **2+ years of industrial maintenance experience** in manufacturing, food processing, or a related environment

    + **Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude**

    + **Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical diagrams**

    + **Experience with PLCs, conveyors, motors, and packaging equipment** preferred

    + **Knowledge of safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures**

    + **Ability to work independently** and manage multiple priorities

    + **Willingness to work flexible hours** including weekends or overtime when required

    Physical Requirements

    + **Ability to lift 50 lbs**

    + **Comfort working in cold or refrigerated environments**

    + **Standing, bending, and climbing ladders**

    This is a Permanent position based out of Tracy, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.

     

    TBD - still qualifying company benefits.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Tracy,CA.
