    **Location:** Littleton, CO

    **Contract:** Up to 6 months, strong potential for full‑time hire

    **Schedule:** 1st shift, Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (with occasional weekends or extended hours)

    **Work Environment:** Advanced, state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom

    **Pay:** $30–$45/hour (DOE)

    Job Description:

    + Assembling and validating high‑precision flight hardware, including mechanical assemblies, electrical components, cables, harnesses, and power systems.

    + Following detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and procedures to ensure flawless execution.

    + Partnering with engineers on prototype builds, testing efforts, and continuous improvement projects.

    + Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting non‑conformances to maintain aerospace‑grade quality.

    + Supporting process optimization and assisting with equipment maintenance.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    + Hands-on experience with electromechanical assembly, wiring, and testing.

    + Proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and blueprint/schematic interpretation.

    + Understanding of ESD protocols and aerospace-quality standards.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a cleanroom environment.

    + U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance.

    + Bonus: Technical training or certifications in electronics or mechanical assembly.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
