    What You’ll Do

    + Pick and pack products accurately using pick sheets

    + Use RF scanners to track, update, and manage inventory

    + Build pallets, break down boxes, and prepare outgoing shipments

    + Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment

    + Drive reach trucks, stand‑ups, sit‑down forklifts, and tuggers

    + Load and unload trucks using lifts or manual/pallet jack methods

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    + Comfortable adapting to different tasks and departments throughout the day

    + Previous warehouse or distribution experience

    + Familiarity with picking, packing, shipping, and material handling

    + Experience in shipping/receiving or general production work

    + **1st Shift:** 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    + **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

    + **Weekend Shift:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
