As an Operator and Assembler, you’ll work with cutting‑edge laser equipment, build and inspect components, and help keep production running smoothly in a clean, safe, and collaborative environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Build, assemble, and inspect components with accuracy and attention to detail

    + Operate laser machines, CNC laser systems, microscopes, and other specialized equipment

    + Follow established manufacturing processes to ensure every product meets strict quality standards

    + Maintain clear and accurate production records

    + Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines

    + Prepare finished goods for packaging and shipment

    + Support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate across production areas to solve problems and improve workflow

    What You Bring

    + Experience in assembly, machine operation, or production work

    + Comfort working with hand tools, microscopes, and precision equipment

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet production deadlines

    + Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

    Preferred Skills (Not Required)

    + Laser marking, laser welding, or laser ablation experience

    + Medical device or cleanroom experience

    + CNC laser operation

     

    _Candidates with laser experience may qualify directly for Operator Level 2, but motivated individuals without it can still start at Level 2 with proper training._

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
