Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
The Assembler will utilize hand tools and machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies used in various fields. This role involves using tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, as well as production machinery for solder paste printing. Quality checks will be conducted before proceeding to subsequent steps. Operators will use computers to access step-by-step assembly instructions and must be able to log into multiple programs simultaneously.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery.
+ Perform quality checks on assembled products.
+ Utilize computers to follow step-by-step assembly instructions.
+ Log into multiple programs to access necessary assembly instructions.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
+ Experience with production machinery for solder paste printing.
+ Basic computer skills for accessing instructions and logging into programs.
+ Experience in assembly and soldering is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of assembly experience is preferred.
+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
+ Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.
+ Customer service experience is advantageous.

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
