    Job Title: Returns Assembler

    Job Description

    As a Returns Assembler, you will be responsible for handling all returns, documenting information into the computer system, labeling products, and rebuilding medical trays to meet required standards. Additionally, you will assist with cleanroom duties and work with various software tools. This role offers a structured schedule with opportunities for overtime and future growth.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle and process all product returns efficiently.

    + Document return information accurately into the computer system.

    + Label products clearly and correctly.

    + Rebuild medical trays according to standards.

    + Assist with cleanroom maintenance and duties.

    + Utilize software tools like Oracle, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams.

    + Lift up to 30 pounds multiple times unassisted throughout the day.

    + Move trays between different stages of the processing area.

    + Ensure quality assurance through attention to detail and process adherence.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in data entry and documentation.

    + Familiarity with assembly, labeling, packing, production, general labor, shipping, and quality assurance tasks.

    + Basic computer skills with the ability to learn Oracle systems.

    + Strong ability to retain information and follow processes.

    + Good vision or corrected vision for processing small components.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the medical field is preferred but not required.

    + Ability to sit for long periods (about 60% sitting, 40% moving).

    + Adaptability to learn and adjust to process changes.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in a climate-controlled, team-oriented environment, requiring you to sit approximately 60% of the time and lift up to 30 pounds unassisted. You will work either from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (once every 4-6 weeks) with potential overtime.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
