    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and coordinate all on‑site construction activities from start to finish

    + Serve as the primary on‑site leader for subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and crews

    + Enforce safety standards and maintain an organized, hazard‑free jobsite

    + Drive schedules, sequencing, and site logistics to meet project milestones

    + Track manpower, costs, and progress, making adjustments as needed

    + Act as the field point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders

    + Proactively resolve issues to prevent delays, rework, or cost overruns

    + Maintain daily reports, safety documentation, RFIs, submittals, and closeout records

    What We’re Looking For

    + 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent

    + Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, clean‑room, or similar technical environments

    + Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

    + Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments

    + Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, MS Project, and Sage

    + OSHA certification preferred; additional certifications encouraged

    Preferred (Not Required)

    + Experience managing projects ranging from $500K to $20M (particularly $3M–$5M)

    + Working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and take‑offs

    + Experience operating in regulated or occupied environments

    This is a Permanent position based out of San Diego, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
