Job Title: Healthcare Client Services CoordinatorJob Description

As a Healthcare Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing healthcare operations by providing excellent customer service support. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting login issues, and assisting hospital staff in navigating workflows within our platform. You will be guiding hospital staff on best practices for case management and scheduling, while understanding medical terminology to effectively communicate with hospital systems.

Responsibilities

+ Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via the ticketing system.

+ Troubleshoot login issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

+ Assist hospital staff with navigating workflows within the platform.

+ Provide guidance on best practices for case management and scheduling.

+ Understand medical terminology to communicate effectively with hospital systems.

+ Understand the workflows of Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Rooms to better assist customers.

+ Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.

Essential Skills

+ 1–2 years of experience in customer service within a healthcare setting.

+ Familiarity with medical terminology and processes.

+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Bachelor's Degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in healthcare, call center, data entry, and administrative support.

+ Customer service oriented with knowledge of healthcare troubleshooting, medical devices, and medical billing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
