    We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support various project management tasks, coordinate action items, and facilitate effective communication across multiple teams. This role requires ensuring all activities align with company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Support the Project Manager with off-loading backlogged tasks.

    + Coordinate and track action items related to commissioning activities, ensuring accountability and timely completion.

    + Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, operations, and external vendors to resolve issues swiftly.

    + Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.

    + Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field.

    + 4-5 years of project management or relevant engineering experience in semiconductors, automotive, or hardware manufacturing environments.

    + Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate complex action items, and drive results under tight timelines.

    + Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

    + Proficiency with project management scheduling tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a semiconductor, automotive, or hardware manufacturing environment.

    Work Environment

    This position requires full-time, on-site work in Fremont, CA, with 1-2 weeks of travel to Delhi, CA. The work environment encourages collaboration across teams and with external partners to ensure efficient project execution.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
