Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead, support, and develop quality systems that comply with ISO9001 industry standards. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will support the Quality Department's objective to maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including procedure development, review, and internal auditing.
Responsibilities
+ Support the maintenance and enhancement of the ISO9001 Quality Management System.
+ Review all applicable North American Quality Requirements and Quality Standards, assisting in creating and enhancing policy and procedure documents.
+ Lead and participate in internal audits.
+ Confirm the effectiveness of countermeasures for all audit findings.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience with ISO 9001, IATF, or NAMQSR deployment, execution, or sustainment.
+ Technical problem-solving ability (PDCA, RC/CM, TBP).
+ Excellent communication and reporting skills, including technical writing.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with SharePoint site creation and editing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the manufacturing industry.
+ Automotive experience is a huge plus.
Work Environment
The role is based in a Japanese Automotive OEM Manufacturing environment, specifically focusing on the Toyota Corolla. Enjoy benefits such as 10 days of PTO, 2 paid plant shutdowns, 9 holidays, and paid travel time if necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Tupelo, MS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
