    Associate Electrical Engineer

    Job Description

    This is an onsite Associate Electrical Engineer position where you will apply intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices, and implementation in complex systems and assignments. You will be involved in design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development, and testing to assess performance against design specifications, reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.

    Responsibilities

    + Learn to use company concepts, policies, and procedures while following standard practices.

    + Receive detailed directions on all work assignments.

    + Make suggestions to improve work processes and assist in reducing to practice patentable inventions.

    + Work on projects of moderate scope where analysis of the situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.

    + Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

    + Participate in technical team activities and present and discuss data within the group.

    + Monitor work to ensure quality and continuously promote Quality First Time.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a preference for an Electrical Engineering degree.

    + Entry-level engineering position with 2 years of related experience preferred.

    Work Environment

    This role requires onsite work, where you will be part of a collaborative team environment focused on quality and innovation. Adherence to company policies and procedures is expected, as well as participation in technical team activities and project discussions.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00/hr.
